August 25, 2024Binalood Higher Education Institute of Mashhad began its journey in higher education in October 2005, based on the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology. The institute started with 68 young and lively students, guided by dedicated professors and staff. Currently, it continues its vibrant educational activities with approximately 3,000 students in 31 disciplines at associate, bachelor’s, and master’s levels in fields such as engineering, architecture and urban planning, accounting, management, physical education, English language, agriculture, and natural resources.
Located near the pleasant climate area of Torghabeh, Bineloud is situated in a special nature setting, making it one of the important tourist centers of Khorasan Razavi province. This feature, along with the ease of access for students and professors, has made Bineloud a distinct educational center in terms of location.

The Directorate of International Scientific Cooperation at Bineloud Higher Education Institute is the main unit responsible for foreign relations in educational and international exchanges at the institute. This directorate strives to be an active and key player in implementing and executing the institute’s international strategy through connections with its counterparts worldwide.
